COVID-19 Updates

Executive Platforms wants to assure you that as we continue to plan for NASCES21, the health and safety of our Delegates, Speakers, Sponsors and Staff is our top priority. We are continuously monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as updates and recommendations from public health officials, local authorities, the CDC and our event venue to provide a safe environment for a successful event.

To reduce the risk of COVID-19 infections, we all must adopt a shared responsibility for keeping each other safe through our actions both, within the event spaces and beyond. In preparation for our return, we will have the following measures in place:

Vaccination Verification prior to arrival
Prior to the event, you will be sent a secure link to submit your vaccination details which will be authenticated and verified. This system does not store your medical data and ensures complete privacy and is HIPAA compliant. It only informs us if someone passed or failed the check. Upon completion of the verification, you will be permitted to attend.

Onsite Testing for Unvaccinated Attendees
Anyone who is not fully vaccinated and wishes to attend will be required to take a rapid antigen test onsite. Medical staff will be present to carry out this test and can produce results within 15 minutes. This will be at no additional cost to the attendee, but a negative result will be required in order for them to pick up their registration package.

COVID-19 Symptom Screening Form
A daily online health screening questionnaire will be sent to all attendees. Confirmation of completion must be produced at time of registration.

Advanced Temperature Screening
Upon arrival, advanced temperature screening will be carried out with FDA approved medical infrared cameras. If a person has a temperature of 100.4°F or higher, they will be asked to take a COVID-19 test and isolate immediately. No record will be kept of guests’ temperatures. If a guest believes their temperature reading to be inaccurate, the screener may try up to three times.

Mandatory Mask Policy
A mandatory mask policy will be in effect in accordance with State regulations.

In addition to the above, the Venue Hotel has its own safety protocols in place which can be found on their website.

We hope all the measures listed above show how committed we are to your safety while we continue to provide you with a platform to Elevate the Conversation. We look forward to seeing you soon!
