Joe’s experience includes leading consulting services organizations, directing consulting engagements, developing innovative solutions and services, and building and managing consulting businesses. Joe is an occasional presenter at industry events, author of several white papers, and holds two patents for distribution automation technology solutions.

Service offerings include supply chain network design, capacity analysis, operations assessments, third-party logistics selection, and facility concept design.
